Amazing hotel , very nice location, would definitely recommend

Brand new hotel, few steps from the beach, very clean , comfortable bed, stylish and staff are very kind l. They even printed out some documents and scanned them for us and they let you know anything you would ask about the island

As it is just opened some facilities were not open yet like The rooftop bar and the swimming pool

Cheap ,200 mt from the beach,pets accepted without charge

The position is great!Is almost on the beach(I could see the sea from my window) ,2 minutes on walk from the sea and from the restaurants area. All the guys at the receptions have been very kind and they allowed me to modify my reservation day by day without deposit or surcharge.The hotel accepts pets without charge!

The interios of the apt are a little bit old,but the kitchen is fully and modernely equipped.No hair drier but the guy at the reception gave it to me.

A little bit unkempt as an overall description which is understandable in a way as the building is very old. Cleanliness wasn’t it’s strong point either.

I generally enjoyed the stay, considering the price, the quality and position of the villa.

Great location, close to the beach and Santa Catalina square. Staff very friendly and always ready to help. It's an old hotel, very basic but clean and all the essential was there. I've asked for a quiet room and they satisfied my request.

Avoid at all costs!

Nothing, this was the worst place I ever stayed

This is by far the worst place I've ever seen. I paid for 4 nights but as soon as I got there I saw that "hotel" is the hole: dirty, old, ruined, noise, surrounding is very bad although it is very close to the beach. That area looks like a ghetto, full of ruined buildings, kebab shops, etc. I just droped my laguage and went out to explore the city. When I came back in the evening I realized that I couldn't sleep in that hole, toilet was dirty and ruined, bathub was dirty and semifunctional, noise that came from outside (since street was just under my window) was unbearable, so I decided to leave the place around midnight and I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Luckily I managed to find out and took a cab and drove away from this hole. I asked Booking and management of the hote to refund me money (I paid for 4 nights and didn't spent one night there) but no answers, so I guess my money is gone. Shame on you!

Very Good

The location was perfect, just 200m to the beach which you could see from the window and short walk to nice restaurants and bars. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, room was spacious and clean. The lovely man at reception let us check in earlier which was very kind and also kept stored our luggage after checking out, so we could spend a few more hours exploring the city. The area around is very busy as expected and it gets loud at night, but that wasn't a problem for us and we were happy to hear young people enjoying themselves after those 2 horrible years. If you look for peace and quiet its not for you, but if you are there for partying and night life, its the perfect choice, especially the value for money in such a central location.

Would not recomend a longer stay. Max 1-2 nights.

Friendly staff. Good location. 24h reception.

The hotelroom smelled of smoke and mold. Water damages is to be found in the rooms. The staff probably cleaned the room as well as they could but the hotel is worn out and could need some major fixes. 1 -2 nights is enough at its most. Wi-Fi can be used but only in the common areas.

I requested a top floor room and had an email to say I could have one. On arrival was given one on first floor. Really noisy as New Years Eve no sleep.

Clean room and good bed.

Very low located the door handles, very inconvenient for normal tall of men. Only one big towel, no towels for hands and floor. No kettle available even in hotel. Internet provided by wi-fi very low. Location is good, but very noisy.

Frequent stayer at Las Lanzas. Got a quiet single room at 2nd floor facing a small lane to the beach. The hotel is old, but well maintained. The 2nd elevator is new.

Never again to this hotel!

The cleaning was good.

I had asked for a quiet room, but it was really noisy. There was a lot of noise from the street nearly 24 hours, so it was very difficult to sleep. The furniture was not as shown in the pictures. There was not a table and chairs suitable for eating. After some days they brought me another table but did not take the other away so the room was suddenly quite full. Part of the lamps did not work, the tv did not work. The breakfast was really poor, starting from coffee which had a bad taste...eggs too long cooked (nearly black inside), no fresh vegetables etc.

Simple but good, if you do not expect a luxurious stay.

it is a simple, but clean Aparthotel with a 24/7 reception. I just stayed for one night cause of my late arrival. of course there is no luxury, but it was clean and everything was in order.

I have not been expecting more, so nothing to complain about.

Horrendous, I will never stay there again. It was definitely overpriced.

There were refurbishments going on at the time, which were very loud at times. I should have been told before I booked, so that I could have booked elsewhere.I could not stand it any longer and got an earlier flight.

Repeated stay - that explains all !

Stayed several times there. Even some refurbishment is necessary ( and slowly done, obviously room by room now), nice staff, great location and spacious clean room and bathroom. When price match my consideration I will stay again.

Very good location.

Very good location. In 2-3 minutes on foot you can reach the beach and the promenade with its restaurants, bars, cafes.

Bathroom. The shower wall was not wide enough. So, all the water was on the floor.

Cheap, cheerful and central

The hotel is very central and CLEAN, the staff makes everything better. The beach is about 90 meters away, theres plenty of bars and places to eat nearby, supermarkets and public transportation.

Continental buffet breakfast at 6€ was very affordable and ok, rooms and hotel are dated and could do with a major refurbishment, exterior rooms are noisy due to traffic, bars etc at week ends.
